Introducing Cobá!

Cobá is a patron address verification service. Clean patron address data is as simple as uploading your patron file and clicking a button or two. With accurate patron address data, you can maximize your return-on-investment for mailings and for population mapping.

Cobá will check your patron data against a database of addresses approved by the US Postal Service. All addresses that can be corrected automatically will be added to an output file in MARC format or in a tab-delimitted format. Cobá also creates a file that lists all of the addresses that could not be matched in the USPS data, allowing you to correct those addresses manually. Cobá can also convert all patron zip codes to zip + 4 format.
